Watch Floyd Mayweather, 45, in secret training days before his comeback with his next fight said to be ‘coming soon’
FLOYD MAYWEATHER has his next “coming soon” fight announcement after practice footage taken days before his comeback was released.
The boxing legend returned to the ring in an exhibition bout in Abu Dhabi against his former sparring partner Don Moore.
His trainer Gerald Tucker gave some insight into their padwork which came just before the fight.
And he claimed Mayweather, at 45, looked like the 2012 version of himself who beat Puerto Rican icon Miguel Cotto, now 41.
Tucker posted: “A clip from days before the fight..
“@floydmayweather is getting closer and closer to the Floyd of his youth.
“Training now reminds me of when he faced Cotto.
“I can’t wait to see the announcement of the next fight coming up.”
Mayweather officially retired in 2017 after defeating UFC superstar Conor McGregor, 33, in ten rounds of their crossover bout.
But he has appeared in three exhibitions since, most recently against Moore in the Middle East.
