Katie Holmes wears Christian Siriano dress and Reformation sandals

Katie. Holmes.

Since that unforgettable moment of mesh bra / cardigan in 2019, in addition to putting the label Khaite (opens in a new tab) on the card, the actress has seemingly never failed when it comes to serving up absolutely legendary looks.

She shows no signs of slowing down these days, cementing her rightful place in fashion royalty by attending high-profile store opening after high-profile store opening while wearing beautifully understated and easily recreable outfits.

You guessed it: the star has done it again, and I currently have to hold back from buying every item she wore for the Christian Siriano store opening in Westport, CT.

Holmes wore a loose, white, belted and buttoned shirt dress, paired with a black triangle handbag, both by Christian Siriano, with black and white flip flops by Reformation. (opens in a new tab). Although she showed off a perfect red manicure, she wore no makeup for the occasion and wore her hair down and artfully messy – and it’s absolutely a summer trend my lazy self can get on board with.

The star’s exact dress isn’t yet available to us mortals, and her shoes in that specific colorway are only on the waitlist right now (of course), but you can shop similar items, as well as her exact purse, below.

Post cute photos from the event on Instagram (next to entertainment vogue title, “With a new store in Westport, Christian Siriano follows his client to the suburbs”), the designer himself wrote: “What a night to celebrate our new store in CT with Vogue and some truly fabulous friends!! Thank you so much to come and we look forward to seeing you all soon @thecollective.west We’re open 10:30am-6:30pm 940 Post Road East, Westport CT!”
